  • Withdrawal of money from our system takes 1-5 days; you just need to make a request in your personal account.
  • By ordering goods at a factory, the client pays only 30% of the price, the rest of it is to be paid only after production.

The company is not responsible for problems with transportation and safety of goods caused by a carrier. However, it is ready to assist the client the best way it can. The clients of Mail Forwarding service (use of addresses for goods shipment) are advised to order the goods inspection prior to international shipping to the city of the recipient, as well as stronger packaging and additional package insurance at the stage of the delivery order.

Protection of the goods is ensured by additional special wooden crate (for consolidated shipments) and additional repackaging (for packages) if we believe it is necessary. If the client refuses to use additional protective packaging (to reduce the weight/volume of the transported goods), he must send a notification of such a refusal to our email info@aukciony.com. In this case our company is not responsible for any possible problems during the delivery.

In addition, our every client can order additional insurance guarantee if he worries about safety of a package or its parts during its delivery by postal and courier services.While transporting the cargo, our company takes all necessary measures to ensure the safety of the cargo from its loading to unloading.


All organizations are registered with the tax authorities. All money is paid to the account of our company. A lot of personal identification documents of company directors and founders are required for opening a bank account. Thus, the bank has complete information on our company.

We show items offered by Russian and European sellers on our website. Prior to purchase, we have to check a card of a retailer to make sure this retailer is honest and can fulfil all the agreements.
